Payment Policy
This website does not sell products directly and does not process online payments. Payments to Artsy Wall Partners arise from written quotations and confirmed orders for coordination and procurement projects, as explained below.
1. No direct online sales
There is no cart, checkout, or online payment facility on this website. No card details are collected here, and no page on this site requests payment information.
2. Quotations, proforma invoices, and orders
Pricing for each project is set out in a written quotation or proforma invoice prepared for the Client. An order becomes binding when it is confirmed in writing by both sides, together with the payment terms stated in that confirmation.
3. Advance payments
Custom production and procurement projects typically require an agreed advance payment before production begins. The amount and schedule of any advance are stated in the Written Agreement for the project.
4. Currency, taxes, and additional costs
The applicable currency, taxes, duties, and any third-party costs (such as freight, customs, or inspection fees) are identified in the quotation or Written Agreement for the specific project. We do not publish fixed price lists on this website.
5. Payment methods
Payments are made by the method stated in the Written Agreement, normally bank transfer against invoice. We will never ask you to pay through this website or to an account not stated on our invoice; if you receive such a request, please verify with us directly before paying.
6. Late or missing payments
Where an agreed payment is not received, we may pause production, procurement, or dispatch for the related order until payment is resolved, and the delivery schedule may shift accordingly. Specific consequences are governed by the Written Agreement.
