Quality, health, safety, and environment shape how Artsy Wall Partners plans and coordinates every project, from the partners we select to the way goods are checked, packed, and delivered.
1. Quality
Quality is planned into each project from the start: clear specifications, structured sampling and approval rounds, and inspection checkpoints across the production cycle (from material approval to pre-shipment checks) with documented results shared with the client.
2. Health and safety
We expect the partners we work with to maintain safe, lawful working conditions for their people, and we take working practices into account when assessing and selecting manufacturing partners.
3. Responsible sourcing
Partner selection includes capability and reference checks, and our sourcing decisions favour suppliers who operate transparently and meet the standards agreed for the project.
4. Environment
We look for practical ways to reduce the footprint of each project: consolidating shipments to cut unnecessary transport, planning packaging to reduce waste, and preferring efficient routings where the delivery plan allows.
5. Continuous improvement
After each project we review what worked and what can be done better (in quality outcomes, communication, and delivery) and feed those lessons into how the next project is planned.
