Refund & Returns Policy
Our projects typically involve custom-produced or specially procured goods prepared for a specific business client. This page explains how cancellations, defects, and returns are handled for such B2B orders.
1. Custom and special-order goods
Orders that are custom produced, personalised, procured on request, or already in production cannot be cancelled or returned automatically. Whether and how such an order can be changed, cancelled, or returned is governed by the written terms agreed for that order.
2. Reasonable variance from samples
Between an approved sample and series production, reasonable differences in colour, texture, and dimensions can occur due to the natural character of materials and normal production tolerances. Such reasonable variance does not by itself constitute a defect. Agreed tolerance ranges, where defined, are stated in the Written Agreement.
3. Reporting defects and shortfalls
Claims for defective, incorrect, or missing goods must be notified after delivery within the inspection and notice period stated in the applicable quotation or Written Agreement, with supporting details such as photographs, quantities, and batch information so the issue can be assessed quickly.
4. How claims are resolved
Where a claim is accepted, resolution is coordinated according to the Written Agreement: for example repair, replacement production, credit, or another remedy agreed for the project. We coordinate the assessment with the relevant Partners and keep the Client informed at each step.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that mandatory law grants to the Client. Where mandatory law provides a longer period or wider remedy than the Written Agreement, mandatory law prevails.
